RETURN & Exchanges

Returns

  • All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All items must be returned to us within five days of the delivery date.

  • Original shipping charges you pay, or we pay are not refundable*

  • The invoice must be included in the return package.

  • No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales (only exchanges)

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than five items. Please get in touch with us to start the process at hey@fabpride365.com

 

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and donated to charity. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send it out (even if it was free shipping).

We recommend shipping it back through USPS since it’s the cheapest option.

Exchanges 

We accept exchanges. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to start the process.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping + new shipping costs for new orders. We hope to one day be big enough to cover all costs! 

We recommend shipping it back through USPS since it’s the cheapest option.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

Please contact Klarna/Afterpay directly if you used Klarna/Afterpay at checkout. 

Cancellations 

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged/returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. This is only eligible for an exchange. If you received more than 15% off your order, it is not eligible for a refund or return.

 

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
